Account Registration and Eligibility

bd99's VIP program has five tiers, with weekly cashback benefits provided at each tier:

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Placing and Confirming Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The user places bets at their own responsibility and must verify all terms and odds before betting. If a bet is not properly registered due to a technical error, it will not be considered valid.

5.2 Technical Issues

Game outcomes are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG) system. bd99 is not liable for internet disconnections, server issues or any other technical failures. In such circumstances, the game result may be declared void and the stake returned.

5.3 Special Conditions for Cricket Betting

For cricket betting, particularly for BPL, IPL, T20 and ICC tournament matches, the following rules apply:

  • Odds provided before a match begins may sometimes change. Odds on confirmed bets will not change.
  • If a match is suspended or abandoned, bets will be cancelled and funds returned.
  • Results determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method will be considered valid bets.
  • bd99 reserves the right to cancel bets placed on matches associated with match-fixing or irregular activity.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be forfeited.

Account-Related Prohibitions

  • Creating multiple accounts.
  • Registering while concealing your identity or providing false information.
  • Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
  • Creating or operating an account on behalf of a prohibited person.

Financial and Fraudulent Activities

  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal payments.
  • Committing fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes.
  • Registering under multiple identities for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
  • Making deposits using third-party funds.

Technical Misuse

  • Placing bets using bots, automation software or artificial intelligence.
  • Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

Social and Behavioral Prohibitions
